 | Fatboy’s & LI Junior Soccer League     The Fatboy Cookie Company will be exhibiting at the Long Island Junior Soccer League Convention on March 6 & 7th, from 9am – 5pm both days. We will be baking up samples of Fatboy’s Outrageous Cookie Dough at the convention to introduce even more organizations to the benefits of Fundraising with Fatboy’s!! The LIJSL is a non-profit, educational organization, and is now one of the largest youth soccer leagues in the United States. The convention will be attended by over 12,000 soccer administrators, youth soccer coaches, referees and parents from the New York area.
